2. Services

GI Promotions provides professional pest control and pesticide application services for residential and commercial properties across the United States. The specific scope of services, treatment methods, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any service being rendered.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any property at our sole discretion, including situations where safe and effective treatment is not possible.

3. Appointments and Access

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property address and contact information.
• Ensure that an authorized adult (18+) is present at the property during the scheduled service window, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Provide reasonable access to all areas requiring treatment.
• Notify us of any known hazards, pets, or medical conditions relevant to pesticide application prior to service.

Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a trip charge. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before marking an appointment as a no-access visit.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided verbally or in writing before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless a payment plan or service contract has been established in writing.

We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of service. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Service Guarantee

If pests covered under your treatment plan return within the guarantee period stated at the time of service, we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The property has not been treated by another pest control provider.
• The customer has followed all post-treatment instructions provided by our technician.
• The re-infestation is of the same pest type covered in the original treatment.
• The guarantee does not apply to new pest infestations unrelated to the original treatment.

6. Pesticide Safety and Customer Responsibility

All pesticides used by GI Promotions are EPA-registered and applied by trained technicians in accordance with label directions and applicable law. Customers are responsible for:

• Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technician.
• Keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the time period specified.
• Disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before treatment begins.

GI Promotions is not liable for adverse effects resulting from failure to follow provided safety instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GI Promo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to property damage caused by pest activity before or after treatment, or reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of GI Promo Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law
